    Early Heads Start Mentoring Program

    Our Founders have designed a unique program catered for those who are first generation college students. These students usually hail from those families that otherwise will not have exposure or access to professional firms and networks.
    We seek, identify, recruit and develop those who need of mentorship to become professionals.
