Imad Essid has over 20 years of experience, started career on 1997, with PwC Libya where he participated in major audit engagements within Oil & Gas Sector for ENI Group, TOTAL, OMV, UNDP & other clients operated within both upstream, downstream and oilfield services sectors. Imad was nominated for his high performance and seconded to PwC Malta for two years. Imad is instrumental in introducing PwC Global audit methodology & technological tools in Libyan Firm clients.
Later, Imad moved into Industry, where he worked with multi-national organizations operating in Libya & North African, including Marathon Oil, Jotun Paints, Baker Hughes Inc. (later acquired by GE), National Energy Services Reunited, & Libyan Investment Authority.

Naushard Cader possesses over 20 years of audit, tax, regulatory advisory, and business consultancy experience at PwC. Naushard provides services related to financial statements auditing, internal/operations auditing, fraud investigations, profitability and growth strategies, risk and regulatory consulting in the financial services industry.

Ahmed Al-Debri has more than 15 years of experience working in the Finance, Accounting and Management fields. Mr. Al- Debri worked as the head of alternative investments in the back office then the Finance Manager at Libyan Investment Authority.
He worked as the Finance Manager at Libyan Investment Authority Advisory (Malta) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA), the Libya’s sovereign wealth fund. Over his 10 years of experience with the LIA, he collaborated with large professional firms such as Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG, Oliver Wyman etc., on many projects including, audit, assurance, due diligence, valuation, restructuring.
